Damaged items: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos, and our team will assist you.

Shipping Policy
At Godly Pride, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed and delivered within 3–5 business days.
Engraved Items and Custom Pouches: Please note that these products require additional processing time due to their personalized nature and may take up to 7 business days to ship.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
